I have a feeling that Hannah may have died and Joseph remarried?
I know that sometimes place of birth on census cant be taken as its written and Ann could also be a Hannah, but I just feel something is wrong with this.

Possible deaths for Hannah
Sep 1861 Dudley
Sep 1862 Dudley
We cant check that marriage either because its a register office and theres another possible one in 1865 Ann Simpson showing on FreeBMD
