What gets your goat?

Mine? It's the Buses!!
I can guarantee, almost every day on my way to & from work, some sort of incident occurs!
If it's not passengers trying to avoid paying their fare, Screaming schoolgirls with their atrocious language, it's drivers losing their way & having to be guided by passengers. If I had another way of getting to work, I would take it but have no choice!
Is it only Brum that has these problems?

Mally

Hi Mally,

Where I live in Kidder you cant get one after 6pm, and your lucky to get one on time in the daytime, and none at all on a Sunday.

Yes Jimmy, ours stop at 6:30 with no service on Sundays, although there is an alternative within 10 mins walk but not a route I'd choose to take.

I think it is appalling the way some people behave on buses havent been on one for a while and I am not sure I wouldnt say somat to em and then probabaly regret it. But what do we do?

I have so many things that annoy me I dont know where to start!
Northerners who think they are funny when you say to the pharmacist have you got anything for a sore throat it hurts when I cough... and they say.... well dont cough.... no actually I thought that was dead funny but the midlands person I was with nearly belted him

Ok thinking..... em..... people who don't tell the truth.... yeah I hate that. Or manipulate the truth for their own benefit.

People who don't use a knife when eating a meal

how many you want Mally... :?

People on TV or the radio who should know better stuffing around with the English language. Even announcers on our ABC (National broadcaster), when speaking about someone who has retired or resigned, keep talking about his "demise". And there's me screaming "He's not DEAD!!!" at the telly.
