Help needed please people.

I'm trying to tie up loose end on my wifes families side, and have hit
the proverbial brick wall.

Mary Brown last known address was 116a Dudley Port Tipton
had a son Thomas William on 28th February 1922, fathers name unknown
who was later adopted on 8th April 1935 by George Henry Needle and
Alice Needle (who i believe to be Mary's sister).

Mary's occupation was a confectioners saleswoman, but what happened
to her? help please.

Is this the one that the Death certif in 1922? age 35 proved to be incorrect and not yours?

If so and she didnt die then what happened to her?
So by 1935 for whatever reason he is adopted by his aunt.
hmm wonder if she remarried and new hubby wasnt keen on a kid?

Have you looked on bmsgh for a death that might fit around 1935 and then check it on Ances?
:?

Hi everybody.

Finally got copy death certificate through today from GRO.
(after west brom registry claimed couldn't find it)

Mary Brown died on 8th Jan 1935 address was 11 moor st west bromwich
age 49 years. Father was Thomas Brown (furnaceman) deceased, which ties up with details
i already have. Cause of death Pneumonia.

Informant was a Samuel Cox who was present at the death, address 50 Dingle Street, Oldbury.

Can anyone find info on this Samuel Cox please? was he her neighbour?
:-) :-)

That is so weird cos this Brown lot is your better half's side

then you have Cox's in your family married to your Cornfields!!

wot a coincidence if it turns out it is your branch somehow! and you and yer missus werent even a twinkle!

So Samuel Cox b abt 1880's? and maybe Mary Browns partner?? neighbour,..... who is he..... :?

ps have put the info on for you here....

http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tr ... =441806486

so Thomas William Brown married his aunt.....
rattle them skeletons in cupboards eh!

pps are you gonna run with that horton side now? that would be interesting
