I think we need to get more census to sort out what Joseph, that has been flagged.
There is a witness Edward that could possibly be his brother and there is an Edward on the first Joseph but note the occuption of Joseph too.

I think so too but as there was no census other than 1881 showing on Joseph and Thomas wasnt on that, I wanted to confirm.

I can't see Thomas and Susannah in 1881,
