Have done a look up for Pd on these Withers

but I am unsure as to this Mary but only a little so adding it

someone else has Mary Andrews
is there a marriage for a William Withers and Mary Andrews
they have same date as me 9 March 1835

I have looked at the actual PR she is a spinster so not a widow

Unless the vicar or whoever recorded it put Mary Andrew as 2 names
it is deffo Mary Ann Drew in the entry

that image has been checked by me hence it being May Ann Drew

I wonder if she is sister to Joseph Andrews b 1842 halesowen

Mary is b abt 1815

So it looks like Joseph is son of William Withers but born ahead of marriage in 1835
and the PR which says Mary Ann Drew should say Mary Andrews
