Can anyone see an alternative marriage that could be right for Samuel or Clara other than each other?

37 years married 9 children 7 living 2 dead

Marriage thus ties up with date of marriage

he is a labourer on marriage so not sure if he goes from being a labourer in 1873 to court baliff

suppose he could
the 1911 duration of marriage fits

suppose to be sure would need a birth cert
