1790's Marriages

Is it possible to request a look up for marriages that occurred in the 1790's? I have two marriages I found on the IGI, one in 1790, Halesowen Worc. and one in 1798 St. Thomas Dudley. I know no father is listed on marriages that far back but was hoping a witness name might help me. Are there registers that far back that could be looked up?
Thanks
Mary Ann

Hi Mary Ann, Joseph Bloomer bach of the Parish and Nancy Rock sp of the Parish by Banns. Witnesses were Elijah Rock and Samuel Bloomer. A couple of connections there, that was lucky, they are often Church Officials. Linell.

I'll update info to BCC, but now who is this Samuel? There was another marriage of a Joseph Bloomer to Mary Darby at St Thomas Dudley in 1798. I am going to post a look on that one just to be sure.
