Done a look up for Linell and just wondered if we can find out more on the
"reputed " father
that is what it says on the marriage cert for Joseph Hingley
I will add the marriage info to Bcc and copy it here

NL, had to smile, poor Joseph, I suppose his mother told him that TG was his father and TG obviously denies any knowledge, typical man There could be a Bastardy Order somewhere, Worcester Archives probably, wonder if TG had to pay maintenance. Will have a look for him, many thanks from Linell.

Only found one possible, born 1796 he is in Old Swinford 1841, but his occupation looks like a Miller

Thanks for clarifying that Jo, I suppose he could have died before 1841, was it TG who 'reputed' being the father or someone on TG's behalf I wonder. Lin.
