Have done a look up but not too sure how he fits in
I can't see him on BCC

So posting marriage
can we find him on census and get an idea of his parents dob and mothers name

This is that Rueben on BCC but has Ann Daly as wife?

on marriage to Ann Daly he is a bach
I had a copy of marriage sent to me
by Olive and it said Bach deffo

the 1847 one has father Jason

so I don't know on this one weird

it could be a first marriage and he is living Tipton area

I think this is her Tipton regis
and he puts Tipton as res on marriage

Seems like a good possible to me.
Finding something to do with her death would be good but added expensive for you.

I am going to have to get that death certif I think
I am very sure it is his first marriage
but not positive

just wondering what the death will show me.
He puts Tipton on marriage for res
A Sarah A Webb dies in Tipton and is the rite age

the marriage info for the Rueben that marries Sarah webb agrees with the one that marries Ann Daly in 1873
the only sticking point is he is a bach on that marriage
and I have a copy of that marriage

Did they live close enough so she would have known of his firest marriage or did he keep it a secret? perhaps it was an assumption on behalf of the registrar - they would possibly not have been able to read to correct it
