Here are four of my ancestors to be added to the BCC - they should be a good starting point for me to add info



Joseph HICKMAN
born abt 1849, Dudley
married Elizabeth WOODALL, 20th Feb 1870, Lower Gornal
died after 1891
Joseph connects to his daughter:
Elizabeth HICKMAN (who is already on the BCC as Elizabeth HICKMAN b. abt 1885)
born 6th Dec 1884 at 17 Great Hill, Dudley
married John PARKES in 1904
died 21st Oct 1942


Annie Lizzie EDWARDS
born 26th Jan 1914 at 9 Salop Street, Dudley
married John PARKES, 26th Dec 1937 at St James, Dudley (John is already on the BCC as John PARKES b. 1912, son of John PARKES and Elizabeth HICKMAN)
died 29th Oct 1984, Dudley


Edward BARKER (not connected to anyone on the BCC yet)
born 25th Oct 1891 at 16 King Street, Old Hill
married Sarah Jane MARSH, 20th Dec 1914 at Holy Trinity, Old Hill
died 6th Dec 1928 at 160 Mill Street, Brierley Hill

Sarah Jane MARSH
born 19th March 1892 at Gornal Wood
married Edward BARKER as above
died abt 1976

That all looks good, Elizabeth WOODALL was born on 6th August 1849 in Dudley (I own this certificate) and she died sometime after the 1891 census.

The 1904 marriage of Elizabeth HICKMAN and John PARKES was probably in the St Lukes in Dudley (the one on Wellington Road) rather than the one at Cradley Heath, as these people never otherwise strayed from Dudley throughout their lives. I will order that certificate to check it out. They are my great grandparents so we never bothered to get their marriage certificate as we knew exactly who they were

The info for Edward BARKER and Sarah Jane MARSH is all fine.

Don't order the certif for the info as I can look at that
you just need to add it to the look ups section
go to look ups
go to the thread which is a sticky ie at the top called dudley and smethwick look ups here
and post this below as i put it
and yes it is Dudley st lukes sorry
