Where was William Guard in 1901 and who were his parents?

This looks like it should be on general Rob?
Is there a connection to the Black Country, if not it can be moved to General.

Jo i saw that on the 1901 census but why would he be living there when he got married in 1899?
Why wasn't he living with his wife and child of 10 months?
So i thought that it must be another William Guard but the occupation is the same!!
