Theres no birth record for a Timothy Perks birth that age. Well whats recorded. One in 1884 West brom on freebmd??

Cant he be Field that would fit in nicely!

But it could be the two generations before with the names alternating down the generations!

Timothy Perks born about 1874, do's not seem to exist before his marriage in 1896.

Still points to FIELD But cant see how as yet, Ive gone over and over it
Anyone looking have a look at Timothy Fields, may be Im just more bonkers than I thought!
