I always seem to be several steps behind everybody else, NL, my apologies! Yep, it's clearly Elizabeth Guest, m. Isaiah Plant at Christ Church, Oldbury 1851. I think she had married Samuel Hadderley or Hatherley at St Thomas', Dudley in abt. Dec. 1846. Whether there's any link with the Adderleys I don't know. Jabez Adderley married Harriet Commander in 1844 at St Thomas', daughter of William Commander and Comfort Plant, Comfort Plant was Dudley Plant's sister and our Isaiah's aunt. Phew!

so does it actually say John from prev marriage

in which case we can add him as son of Samuel Hatherley and jemima

is there a regis birth

and that name seems to change depending who hears it

So that Benjamin as father isnt we feel the Benj and Hannah I flagged
but might be the engineer one...?

No it dosn't say I just assumed it because of the age.

And I am not sure about which Benjamin it is.
