Introducing myself

Hi. I have just found this forum. It looks to be a great resource. I am Mark and I am researching several things at once. I am interested in the surnames of Nevill, Brookes, Blanchard, Deason, Rogers and Barnes. All from the 1850s and earlier in East London or West Essex areas, but also the Prittlewell / Rochford area for Barnes.
I am also researching the First World War record of my grandfather but am somewhat stuck so will probably be posting up a question on that in the relevant section.
