I think from what I have seen it only goes, generally, to the wifes name? I may be wrong.

Her mother is Priscilla but there are two possible marriages,
Dec 1862 Priscilla Johnson, Dudley
and
Jun 1865, Pricilla Powell, Worcester.
I need to check back on that yet.
