Should I add this but putting the 1861 census as a possible?
I think it is him just age out and marital condition wrong on 1861 census. Same address.

You can add it in the notes as a possible saying why you think that
that way it gives a justification for adding it to notes
just don't add any kids or anything from census or wife ....if possible just leave as a census in notes
