lookin now for wife of Thomas
he is father of Noah Davies who is b abt 1870

hopefully having Thomas's fathers name will help out finding the marriage but the 1860 is looking the most promising

So it looks like the first 2 children, Jane & John were probably both born in Wales.

There are at least 2, & possibly 3, other pairs of William & Mary Davies having children in Hawarden around this time, William Davies & Mary REECE and William Davies & Mary HEWITT, William Davies & Mary Unknown, but the children above fit the census perfectly.

There is this submitted entry:

Father: John Davies
Mother: Elizabeth Walker

But, in the light of the number of other William Davies in Harwarden around the same time, we really can't jump to conclusions.

Little Christine can you add whatever info you are happy with on this family
the marriages for Elizabeth and Thomas could be checked to see his occup if we are unsure which elizabeth
and esp if we know the father we need for Thomas

so post any look ups
