Hi NL, many thanks for the look up. I am in the dark on this one, unless this Samuel is son of Samuel born 1805 who died in 1831. Need to find Samuel Easthope on the Census. Will have a look, nothing on the Parkes Will see what I can find and get back to you. Cheers from Linell.

Am confused now, Benjamin is living near Joseph in Netherton 1861, yet his father was a Shoemaker, as is Joseph from Quarry Bank

what is benj on census a shoemaker?
and he is a nailer on marriage?
so maybe occup change or mistake

I am sure that one of the Joseph's is Benjamin's brother. They are sons of Samuel 1805, who was the son of Henry and Hannah Easthope. I have Hannah's death cert, present at death was Joseph Easthope Grandson 1842.

Benjamin was a Horse Nail Maker in 1861. Born Dudley/Netherton, Henry and Hannah were from Netherton.
Eliza nee Parkes is from Banbury Oxford, so we can forget about finding her parents.
Daughter Jane was born in Birmingham, so that is probably why I cannot find Benjamin in 1851.

Henry born Dudley.

Have to sort out some marriage look ups.

Ok am stuck on Benjamin Easthope/Estope/Estup. I really need to find him in 1841 when he should be with a Parent He was born Dudley 1830. This is him in 1851 and 1861.
