Whilst browsing and 'feeling my way' on the site, I found the Tibbetts Tree and eventually my grandmother Bertha. She was born 1881 and tragically died aged 33 years leaving two young daughters. I have photos which I will ultimately get posted.
However I now find she had three brothers and two sisters - the only one I was aware of was Sarah Jane, lived in Dudley and possibly had a daughter Rosie. I think I might have other relatives out there, it would be nice to know. I only have one at present and he lives in California!!
I seem to have drawn the short straw with grandparents - I never knew any of them!!

Bertha Toye (nee Tibbetts) died 4th October 1915, buried Blackheath Churchyard, 8th October 1915 at the age of 33 years
I have a death card (from the undertaker?) which I will post in due course.
Apologies if this appears twice - but I lost my connection for a few mins!

That looks good I will add that and I am spelling it Toy that is how I see the name spelt at the archives on other docs
and as we don't have any at the mo on BCC will use that at the Variant
if Toye becomes the most common one I will change it
