An Ancestry tree (Mason of Lapal,Quinton,Halesowen) suggests that Letitia Willetts here:

Hi Di, yes I am sure that Letitia is the daughter of Samuel Willetts and Mary Crumpton, I have all this family, Letitia has a bap on the IGI extracted, Letty Willetts d of Samuel and Mary Willetts said to have been born April 29th preceeding. Samuel and Mary had:-
Sarah 1787
Mary 1789
Nancy 1791
Sally 1794
Letitia 1795
Samuel 1799
Jane 1803
Elizabeth 1805
Mary 1810
Thomas 1811
There were only about a dozen families in Hayley Green on the 41 Census. Of course they all inter-married.

Lin can you add all the kids for Samuel
if we think this looks good enuff to connect due to unusual first name and area living lets connect
stick that marriage for look up I will see who wits are

Wits....S. Paskin...he is somat with the church I am sure

John Parsons...now did he marry a Willetts?
