I have added the father as John based on marriage info

but need her on the 1851 census
with John father miner

and wondering if we can link her with the Hadleys on BCC
couldnt see a John
but need a dob for him

I have not included the marriage that Dianel found because I found a lot of extracted Christenings on the children and all were in St Thomas, Dudley so wasnt sure. There are a couple of other possible Marriages for John to a Mary.
