I have information that my great grandfather was part of the allied contingent that was sent to siberia about 1918. Is there anywhere I can find a list of soldiers involved. I believe he joined from Canada and returned 1919/20. Any help would pe a great help

Hi Bruce
What details do you have of your Great-Grandfather especially name?

I assume that this was part of the force assembled by the Western Powers to fight for the White Russians against the Bolsheviks. I recall reading of part of this force, perhaps a Polish contingent who, when their line of retreat was cut off by the Bolsheviks, marched all the way across Russia to the Pacific, but the details escape me I'm afraid.
