Just looked at 1911 and the only one I can see is a Ellena Cooper born about 1885, with a Joseph born about 1883, in Stourbridge.

why carnt it be this one census could be a year out and or her birthday might be between april and september that would make her 17 in 1901 even if the census is correct, ?

She could have lied about her age.

So as you say that cracks it that is the one then that Jimmy found
then that lot in 1901
then them on the 1911
