I took that one myself and it definately wasn't Halesowen...it was either St Pauls, St Thomas's or St Giles cos visited all three on the same day

This marriage was in the last quarter of 1891 so is possible for Samuel to be with his parents Eber & Rebecca at the time of the census that year.
