Born 30 July 1826 and married Jeremiah Jones 31 Dec 1849. Lived in Brosely and Coalbrookdale until at least 1891 when she was at Coalbrookdale "supported by her children" after death of Jeremiah in 1888.
I would appreciate information about where and when she died. Any suggestions, please. So far have not been able to locate record of death through GRO.

I'm "fairly" convinced that Edward -three doors down was Jeremiah and Sarah's son. I'll look again at my certificates from GRO re: Sarah's death but I think that 6A 545 is for another Sarah Jones.

Thank you for the information reference 6A, 545. However I do have a certificate for this and it's not the Sarah Jones I'm after. This entry is for Sarah Jones widow of Richard(timber merchant), died 8 Jan 1892. Her brother John Clinton was present at her death. I've tried a few other entries too, but so far haven't found the right one.

My 2X gr. grandmother was a Gough and married Jeremiah Jones (blacksmith) in 1849. Her birthdate was 30 July 1826, Broseley, Shropshire. In 1891 she was a widow supported by her children and living at Woodside, Coalbrookdale. Her children were Harriet Gough and Emily, Jeremiah, Edward, Mary, George and Sarah Jones. Emily was a house servant, Jeremiah (son) an iron founder, Edward, an engine smith, George, school master.

If anyone has any suggestions or information?

I came across Sarah Jane Jones living in Shrewsbury in 1891-with her 3 year old daughter, Harriet. By 1901, Harriet was adopted and Sarah Jane was married with two other daughters.

Then I tried to find Sarah Jones -1826----in Shrewsbury and found a record of death for a Sarah Jones (about 1825-1896) Atcham District.
Sarah Jones, born 1826 was the mother of Sarah Jane. As soon as I can I'll order the GRO certificate.
