Doris Annie Jefferies ( Adopted Child) born 13/12/1908 Kings Norton Edgbaston
Discharged 15/8/1917 no longer fit for Service ( Eyesight)
Note on record :- Eyesight was not from Army Service but from Accident in Blacksmiths Shop in Darlaston when a piece of Steel embedded in left eye and as a result had eye removed. whilst in service his right eye was defective and wore glasses. in ew moths before discharge his eyesight became worse and he was unable to carry out duty
