I'm Mike T from Cradley (and Halesowen), currently researching the TIBBETTS family tree. The Black Country Connections seem to have done most of the work for me, but I wouldn't mind filling out a few of the branches.

My paternal g/father William TIBBETTS was born in 1880, the son of Thomas Adams TIBBETTS and Sarah Jane Lucretia BISSELL.
His wife was Sarah Elizabeth PRICE, also born in 1880, the daughter of Alfred PRICE and Ellen HOMER.

My maternal g/father Harry (Garnet) COLEY was born in 1889, the son of Charles COLEY and Jane COLEY.
His wife was Nellie BARTON, also born in 1889, the daughter of Jacob BARTON and Sarah Ann BASTERFIELD.

If this info helps other researchers, or they have details unknown to me, I'd be pleased to hear.

Could it be this one...perhaps William Robertson's (stepson) surname was mistranscribed?
