Surely this is illegal?
I have a relation marrying his uncle's daughter....his first cousin..in 1904!!
Surely this is illegal?
They had two children... I wonder if they played the banjo?

I think its ok for them to marry?
Sure I've read beofre it was something to do with King Henry the ? allowing it.
I'll see if I can find something.

It was King Henry VIII that changed the law to allow him to marry a cousin!

Okay..so according to the calculations they would have a coefficient of relationship of 1/2 and therefore the marriage should be illegal, but isn't.
Kinda strange to me.....
