Hi
I’m trying to find more information of my Grandfather’s sister and her family.
My grandfather is Sydney Chater 1912
Son of James Chater and Martha Willetts.

We believe her to be Aunty Pat (Patty) Chater and I’ve found one on GRO Index.
We think she married Mr Hudson and lived in Old Hill/Cradley Heath/Oldbury/Dudley areas.

Can anyone help locating if she had any children pls and if this is in fact my Grandfather’s sister?

There’s also a Samuel Chater-Willetts on GRO born before Sydney.
I find it confusing to figure out if that’s your relative or not….

all these born from chater willets from 1911 unknown if all the same family

There are many Hezekiah Chater’s.



As to Patty Chater who married Bert Chatwin:
My Uncle seems to think she re-married a Mr Hudson but I can’t find anything on the Free sites.
I’ve been checking to and fro for hours.

And..I’ve found a death register for a Patty Chatwin Sandwell 2020 which to me seems correct.
I found a death reg for Bert Chatwin 1980

You found 3 children of Patty’s but my Uncle seems to think they’ve gone to live abroad??
I don’t know if that info can be found…
