Ordering Birth Certificates via GRO

Hi,
The first two times I've ordered digital certificates, they were successful as they both immediately appeared on my screen, which gave me the extra confidence to order more. But the last two times, I've ordered digital certificates, one last night and one this morning for my great, grandmother, they have not both appeared yet.
As I have not received emails from GRO, I've tried reporting the above to GRO but I found it quite complicated as they came up, asking for references, etc., which I couldn't answer as I couldn't see them?
Any advice would be much appreciated...
