Sparks had only 1871 Census and I have added all other Census records and it would appear he was born in Brewood Staffs. and not Rowley Regis

Sparks has a father as Samuel Broadbent born est. 1800 and a Locksmith .

I have Thomas Broadbent born Brewood Staffs. with father Samuel Broadbent Locksmith

I think the two Samuels are the same
