I am looking for information on parents of a William Phillips born 1863 who Married Elizabeth Hughes born 1865. They had a son Thomas Phillips born in Birkenhead in 1906.
William I think was born in Hope in Flintshire and Elizabeth in Coedpoeth Wales. They married in Pulford in 1886

Afraid I can't find at all in 1851 nor 1841 for definite so can't say who William's grandparents were,
maybe someone else will have better luck
