kdwoodie , I think you are right about being same John Beasley who married Mary Hackett and Louie Powell because of address .
Thing that threw me was the 1921 Census where John Beasley and Mary Beasley ( nee Hackett ) are both shown as born Halesowen Worcs. where John Beasley son of Jonathan was born Netherton Worcs.

I could'nt see a John Beasley with father John.

I have connected John Beasley who married Mary Hackett and Louie Powell

I have not followed up the John Beasley with father Hiram Beasley
