This Sarah Unknown should be Sarah Walker as in Census I have added she is shown as unmarried and her children born after 1841 are registered as born out of wedlock and when they married no father details .
This means Unknown Walker married to Sarah Unknown should be Unknown Unknown

Have changed Unknown Walker to Unknown Unknown and Sarah to Sarah Walker, also added GRO Ref for Harriett and Thomas
