Can anyone find this William Payne on a prev census

I think we have a connection with an Ann Payne b 1821 on BCC and Laura Payne
they may be sisters

on the marriage of Ann Payne her father is a William Payne Hingemaker and on the census
living in 1871 is William Payne something maker
area is halesowen

and

based on that census I am linking Laura and Ann and going to look up this marriage
