I ordered this birth cert to see if it helped on another thread but doesn't seem to.
Birth. Stourbridge Union. 13th July 1844.

I wonder if this is the one, I can't see her in 1851 census,
Halesowen St John the Baptist.
Burial date 18 Mar 1846.

So I don't think it's them...

The GRO is blank for mothers maiden name so I presumed her mother was not married.

BCC as Joel dying before 1851 aged 40, I have found this which would mean Maria was a widow which would fit with Mary Ann born 1844,
Halesowen St John the Baptist.
Burial date 5 Oct 1842.
Joel HALL. age 32.
Burial person abode Borough.
