The William Neal mentioned as Andrew's father on BCC ...
He was born about 1850!!
This one would have been born about 1827..

it is fine I have only estimated the dob for William so that now needs changing with uptodate info
andrew is the youngest?

I think,in fact i'm 99% certain,that George Neale and Mary Lowe ( see BCC) are William Neal's Father and Mother.
I can't find a marriage for William and Sarah so that we could see who the father of William was.
