We have a William Foley that marries Sarah Priest in 1853
his father on the look up is Edward Foley a Collier
William dies before 1856 as Sarah remarries

and on the marriage William Foley is age 24 and a Widower he too is a Collier

poss first marriage

Ok have looked the marriages up and father is an edward so that checks out.

I want to just check on his Dob as on marriage it is b abt 1829
but the William with parents Edward and Ann is b 1822 accord to bapt and that census where he is bro in law to Josiah/Isiah Richards

I am going to fill it all in shortly
and alter the Wm Foley to b 1822
he is a wid on 1851 and a miner
and on his marriage he is a miner, wid and father Edward
so I am happy it it this one.....

but need/would like just to see hopefully a Wm Foley on 1861 with wife Sarah
of course he could die before then last kid is 1856

I think that the place you cannot read on the census is 'Springsmire', Dudley.
