As you can see the inscription actually says SAUNDERS, so it doesn't seem right to add as SANDERS

I think it needs to be added as Saunders, Mally.

I have altered to SAUNDERS now Jo, however we still have Frederick's father as Henry SANDERS

Changed Henry's family to SAUNDERS but then we have his mother Mary (Grainger's) husband as John SANDERS

He would have named his son after himself Saunders on the birth cert registered at the GRO

I'll change all of John's children to SAUNDERS then and add a note to that effect
