I am updating my information on Thomas and Mary Manger and noticed a son James age 5 on the 1851 Census which doesn't show on the Connections tree.
I have tried a search on Ancestry and so far haven't found any birth records.
Can James be confirmed and added to the tree -
Connections suggested it warranted a query.

I had a look for him last time we looked couldn't see anything so can't add him without some kind of proof.

Could young James be a nephew of Mary Manger? Was Mary's maiden name was Brettle?
There was a James BRETTLE born in 1845 (Dudley Union) with a MMN of TIBBETTS.
Possible parents: Thomas BRETTLE and Elizabeth TIBBETS. In 1851, Elizabeth and her other children are residing in Rowley Regis.
In 1871, there's a James Brettle lodging with a William BRETTELL (nail maker) in Halesowen. But there are many BRETTLE's around, so unsure if he's the same chap.

I know not James but...
I looked this morning at this family after Frodo contacted BCC.
The birth cert, I think NL got belongs to this person
1841. Passage or ? Lutterworth, Leicstershire.
George Manger, 23, Brick M born in County
Mary, 23, not born in County
Charles, 8 months, born in County
I can not read the address but is placed between Oxford Street and Bakehouse Lane
1851. Bakehouse Lane, Lutterworth
George Manger, head, 33, Labourer Gardener
Hannah, wife, 33,
Charles, son, 10,
Alfred, son, 8,
Eliza, 6 months
All born Lutterworth
1861. 31, Bakehouse Lane, Lutterworth
George Manger, head, 43, Agricultural Labourer,
Hannah, wife, 43,
Benn, son, 7,
George Thomas, son, 2,
Emily Hannah, daur, 2 months

I think Charles on BCC is a red herring

Or something to do with family? May be Thomas's brother?

I think something possibly to do with family too...

Personally I don't think James should be added and I think Charles should be disconnected.
30th April 1797. Lutterworth.
Thos Manger, born 22nd April 1797, parents, William and Pamela
28th June 1818. Lutterworth
George Manger, parents, William and Pamila
I think that connects the brothers... ?
