Please could anyone help me find William Faulkner on the 1881 census , William was born about 1808 Rowley Regis and he was a nailer and would be about age 73 years, William died in the union Workhouse West Bromwich Workhouse on 20th January 1883.
He should be on there somewhere but I can't find him

, I would appreciate any help.

Thank you for trying Jimmy , I've searched and better searched looked at every William Faulkner that does come up but can't find the one I want, he must have been in hiding.

I have still not found William on the 1881 censu but thanks to Northern lass advice about William and they have found is burial even though there are no records for the union Workhouse any longer.

William FAULKNER..age 73... 1808...Clapham Union Workhouse, Battersea.

Thank you for taking the time to look for William , I have seen that one and wonder if it was my William but unsure with my William dying in the Union Workhouse West Bromwich, Yet there again he had a son in Middlesex and his age fits. I have a copy of that census thought just in case.
