I know you said to add census to head of household until individuals move out, but it's so confusing on this one I've added to each individual that I think census relates too. Just to try and make sense of it all
Hope that makes sense.

It is up to Jo How she runs Bcc but to add my pennyworth I do find it easier if all the census
is on the head of the household only
that is useful as you know if it comes to a stop then they may have died.
And then you follow the trail for the wife etc.
