ARC TBC Parents of James Austen (abt 1667)?

Hi, I'm stuck at a brick wall with an ancestor James Austen from Kent born about 1667
I believe James married a woman named Elizabeth, and had a son also named James baptised in Chillenden on May 24th 1696 as well as some other children, I've found various sources for births of James Austen's in Kent around the same time, but don't know which one my James is and also which Elizabeth he married.
If anyone could find Jame's parents or anyone who might fit as his parents with an educated assumption I'd greatly appreciate it, thanks in advanced
