really stuck on this one no birth, death or marriage regs
Ann RUSH - b1838 in Bocking, Essex - Mother Emma Lindsell b1817 - d1856
Father William Rush b1812 -?

did find a death in 1838 for a Ann in Bocking? but in the 1851 Census Ann she is with her parents in
Bocking as a 13yo - Silk Winder, Mother dies in 1856 and father remarries a Jemima Hayes & in the 1861 census
she gone missing again..

The 1838 burial is for an older person:
RUSH, ANN 46
GRO Reference: 1838 M Quarter in BRAINTREE UNION Volume 12 Page 16

If William and Emma married in 1840, and Anna was born in 1838 then she might not registered as Rush. She may not even be William's daughter.
