ARC TBC Job Harvey

After an extremely long break (about 9 years) 
, I'm back to researching my husband's mother's family, the Harveys. I'd got back as far as Job Harvey, born c. 1733 and found his marriage to Esther Jones (12.8.1753 St John's Halesowen). I've got the Parish Records for the church and the strange thing is that although both are said to be otp, there are no Harveys that I can see in the records prior to the wedding, so no baptism for Job at that church. I also found nothing on IGI. I previously checked Parish Records for Oldbury and Rowley Regis and no sign of the baptism there, so I have no clue as to his parents. West Brom Val at that time suggested his parents as being William Harvey (bapt 1696 Oldbury) who married Mary Snape 17.1.1720 at Birmingham St Phillips, but she had no confirmation of this. Please, has anyone any further information or any suggestions as to what route to pursue? Thank you.
