Can anyone help me find my ancestor on the 1861 and 1871 census please?
His mother is Mary Ann Nock b 1833 Wednesbury Staffs, no father on birth certificate. Mary married George Wheatley in 1854 and although I can find her I cannot find John under either surname Nock or Wheatley. Any help is appreciated.

I couldn't see a marriage.

I can't see a death for John Nock b 1853 that fits

he isnt with mother on census
and he isnt with grandfather William Nock on census

so perhaps the poster can say what she has on him and post the birth certif full info.

was he maybe put in orphanage?
