I think she def needs to be altered to 'MARY'?

I think Mary should be used and a note to say there was information her name was Margaret?

The will of Mary Beet lte of Rowley Regis in the County of Stafford Widow deceased who died 1 July 1861 at Rowley Hall in the Parish of Rowley Regis aforesaid was proved at the principle registry by the oath of James Tertius Collins of Edgbaston in the County of Warwick Brass Founder the Nephew and the sole executor.
