With reference to the above under the completed section i think i may have found a link to my late grandmother possibly and wondered if anyone could help.
I have the 1901 census with there being an address match to my grandmothers family who lived at no 10 Brickiln street quarry bank. My grandmother born Mary Elizabeth Cartwright wasn't born until 1903 but her family are shown with her eldest brother David Cartwright being 19 years old so would have been 29 years old in 1911 thus matching Dolpha's fathers age too.His occupation is hard to read, two words, second is layer. He is working in Amblecote with his dad who was a coal miner so, therefore wondered if i have found a relation? Be grateful to know if there is anymore information on Dolpha or his father who my grandmother said was killed at work.

I think this is a bit confusing are you after Dolpha Cartwight b approx 1908 as he is very easy to trace ? David Cartwright was a Cager (Below ground) in the mining trade in 1911 Kind regards RF

It was just simply to verify if Dolphas dad, David, was my nan's eldest brother, i was hoping that whoever it was who researched Dolpha Cartwright b1908 would get in touch that is all

Thank you Rocky but i have seen that before and doesn't give me any new informatiion . Parents all unknown, the only thing that fits there is the birth year, 1882. What i shall have to do when the library reopens is research Dolpha's paternal line and see if my great uncle is a match.
