Adding names to list question

Having just looked I cannot add my surname interest as the section is locked. I presume you need administrator rights to do so.

You add your surname in that section under the alphabet letter kind regards RF

I still cannot see how to add my names - there doesn't seem to be an option on the surname page it says it is locked so posts/additions can't be made.
