I have found a burial for Sarah Poleman 24 Apr 1861 at Merridale Cemetery on Find A Grave.
The inscription says POLEMAN Sarah 15 years 24 Apr 1861 St.Peter 11615 (Coroner) U1/01899.
Would this mean a coroner was involved, have tried searching newspapers but have found nothing
Any help appreciated.

Same as today some deaths needed a coroner to release the body not unusual and not usually published in papers if OK

The death cert would say the PDF is only £7 from GRO - Select the button by an individual result to see ordering options available for that record.

Name: Age at Death (in years):
POLEMAN, SARAH 15
GRO Reference: 1861 J Quarter in WOLVERHAMPTON Volume 06B Page 272
